Here you will find links to yoga classes designed to make you feel good. This isn’t yoga for weight loss or yoga for bendy pretzels. These are just my yoga routines that I do to make myself feel good. This is a “no judgement zone”! We love ourselves here and respect our bodies and our boundaries. Feel free to celebrate any little yoga “wins” such as getting deeper into a pose than you’ve gotten before, but there is absolutely no shaming here. Each day is different and brings new highs and lows. Just roll with it and enjoy the ride!
