sounds of serenity sound bath meditation

Time to let go of the stresses of the week. This 60- minute sound bath will take you on a healing journey of surrender and release. Let the therapeutic sounds of Tibetan singing bowls wash away your tension while you relax in pure, meditative bliss.
In this small, intimate gathering, you will have space to completely relax and let go. A yoga mat will be provided, but please feel free to bring pillows, blankets, bolsters, an eye pillow, and anything else that will help you get comfy.
If you have never attended a sound bath before, here’s what to expect. You will find a spot on the floor to lie down and relax. Use your pillows, blankets, etc. to get completely comfortable. Wear comfortable clothing (pajamas are totally allowed!). Your entire job during the sound bath is to surrender to the sounds as they wash over you. Sound baths are extremely meditative as you spend an hour in that blissful state between waking and sleeping.
